Business Telephony Services - a high quality, cost-effective outbound telephone service offering flexible pricing tariffs to suit different business needs. All of our Business Telephony services are compatible with existing PBX systems and managed by our partner Redstone Telecom, ensuring that there is no disruption to existing services. Line Rental & Calls whether you have existing lines or require new ones, 10 Comms can help to make the switch. Line rentals include: Analogue single and multi lines ISDN providing 2 off 6Kbps channels via a single line ISDN 30 providing up to 30 off 64Kbps channels via a single 2Mbps interface Non Geographic Numbers providing a range of numbers at competitive pence per minute rates: 0800 the call is free to the caller, allowing customers to contact you without a charge. 0845 - both the calling party and the called party pay a pence per minute rate for the call. 0870 & 0871 - the calling party pays the entire cost of the phone call. 0844 - a new service that allows revenue share but with a lower call rate for users. 10 Comms offer call routing features and interactive voice response (IVR) options. We also provide a variety of reporting facilities, covering the efficiency of calls, effectiveness of staff, and geographic reports. Non Geographic Services are fully compatible with our SMS, PRS and Line Rental Services. Office VoIP - Office VoIP provides small businesses with a high quality IP telephony system, with all the features that big businesses enjoy, but at a price small businesses will like. A fully managed service effective out-sourcing of your communications management. Premium Rate Services (PRS) is transported across a state-of-the-art Intelligent Network (IN).
